Depending on where the location is depends on whether there will be toilet facilities .

You can bring you own snacks if you wish or have any allergies, But we supply Nibbles and hot & cold drinks .

No before we begin any investigation we say a protection prayer for all who attend and at any point if you feel uncomfortable then please speak to a member of the team.

No, like at the beginning a prayer is said before we all leave to make sure nothing follows us home.

Depending on the location we attend depends if the location has disabled access for wheelchairs etc .

Unfortunately Due to insurance T's & C's we cannot allow anyone who is pregnant to attend an investigation.

You should never feel uncomfortable on an investigation with us but there may be times when a spirit may change the atmosphere of a room or start to make people feel unwell (If you feel like this at all please alert your nearest team member as soon as possible) This is a rare occurance but there is times when some not very nice spirit can be present. You can trust that we know how to handle situations like this and you will be protected from harm.

Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable this is because when you pay your deposit(s) the ticket(s) are automatically removed from sale to the general public so if you can no longer attend we cannot guarantee to be able to re-sell your place but we will still be committed to paying the location for your place.

Every event has a safe area which is always lit this will usually be where "Base" is set up and is manned throughout the duration of the event. If you do become afraid and want to take time out you will be taken to the safe area until you are ready to resume the ghost hunt.
